gnokii 0.6.17

Hi,

The next gnokii version is out. gnokii 0.6.17 contains mainly bugfixes
done by Daniele Forsi (many many thanks) and few other changes.
Highligths include:

# memleaks fixes in gnokii and xgnokii
# fixes of gnokii option parsing
# gnokii segfault when config is missing or broken fix
# use defaults in config there incorrect values are given
# support more than one phone connected via DKU2
