[PATCH] Cannot write to phone book to generic AT phone

Hi all,

I have been able to use gnokii to successfully communicate with a
Motorola V635 as a generic AT phone.  I was able to read the phone book
from the old SIM card in raw format but I would get "Write FAILED:
Unknown Error" whenever I tried to write the file out to the new SIM
card.  I saw this with gnokii 0.6.18 and 0.6.19.

I tracked the problem down and found a small bug in AT_WritePhonebook
where the available buffer space was being calculated incorrectly.  I
can successfully write to the phone book with the attached patch
applied.

Please CC me on any responses as I am not a list subscriber, just a
happy gnokii user.
