nokia 3110c and gnokii 0.6.22

Hello,

the fixes in 0.6.22 concerning DKU2 connection using libusb have helped for
nokia 3110c, too. I successfully tested reading and writing calendar entries
as well as reading the phonebook.

However, I get lots of 
    fprintf(stderr, _("Function gn_vcal_file_event_read() is deprecated. Use 
gn_ical2calnote() instead.\n"));
from     
    gnokii-0.6.22/common/gnvcal.c
