OK, I managed to get dlltool from mingw package and now I'm stuck one
error later... :)

Running the makefile, the part that calls makedef.pl script:

"MAKEDEF ERROR: command-line: 1 Frozen Export(s) missing from object
files:
  NewApplication__Fv @1"

I have been Googling that and found "solutions" which did not solve
anything as I'm still getting the problem. If anyone has more luck, let
me know...
