gnocky 0.0.5

Hi,

There's new gnocky, a phone manager, version released. In 0.0.5 you
will find the following changes:
- add German translation (Matthias Mailaender)
- do not refresh fixed phone information
- fix loading of phone pixmaps
- enable sorting of "Type" column (considering location number) in
  Phonebook View and set "Name" as the initial sort column (dforsi)
- save some cycles not checking if pointers passed to g_free() are
  NULL (dforsi)
- implement the missing parts to enable the button to add phonebook
  entries (dforsi)
- fix reading of battery level when network info can't be read (ie
  phone not registered to network or function unsupported by driver)
  (dforsi)
