you're right, it's insecure

I used SCARD_SHARE_SHARED thinking about the gnokiirc parameter use_locking = 
yes|no which is ok for libgnokii but it always permits other programs to 
access the card using libpcsclite directly
I think I'm going to change it to use SCARD_SHARE_SHARED when use_locking = no 
and SCARD_SHARE_EXCLUSIVE when use_locking = yes
