gnocky 0.0.6

A new release of gnocky is available.

Highlights of this release are:
* minumum gtk-2+ version is now 2.4
* save contacts as vCards using standard libgnokii functions; contacts
can also be dragged from the phonebook to another application but this
uses non-standard functions and supports only name and preferred
number
* fix encoding issues when converting to/from UTF-8
* fix segfault when pressing Delete key and the view is empty
* add missing tooltips and other GUI changes
