I've blacklisted this modules:
blacklist usbnet
blacklist cdc_ether
blacklist rndis_host

Now works fine.

I will try to update the kernel to the last one and notify to the USB
maintainer.

Thank you and sorry for the noise...
(I have other semi-problem with the phone, that I will take a look and
maybe report if I cannot fix, but I think that it's not related with
this modules and it's realted with gnokii :-) )
