gnokii PPA

Hi,

I have managed to set up a ppa repository for gnokii snapshots from our git repository. The following notes here:

 - it is run manually; that means it is less risky to break things - I will run it only when it makes sense and nothing is obviously broken

 - it is available only for 10.10 but I think it would work also on older versions as well (maybe there will be more if I can figure out how to do it)

 - not sure if the package is for x86 or amd64 (how to figure it out)

 - current version (as of 2011-03-01) is uploaded

 - I haven't tried it yet :)

Please do test, especially since we had massive changes in SMS handling code in git. I hope with this ppa will get better test base :)
