You changed only model and not connection and port. Right? That's why
I referred you to wiki. You'll need to change these two as well.

Oh, there is not 0.6.31 at ppa yet. Didn't manage to make it yet.

So I can see the following options:
 - compile on your own
 - compile on your own and make deb and install
 - take 0.6.31 deb from Debian
 - ask someone to do the second option.
