Shouldn't the initial command be
$ tla make-archive --signed --mirror address@hidden
/home/tanner/\{archives-signed\}/2004-realtime
(assuming you want the directory name to match the archive)?
Also, I would consider it a bug that tla doesn't complain that
address@hidden doesn't exist, in your first command.
