[GNU Crypto] Manual

I've just added the texinfos for the manual to CVS.

The make system has been updated such that the manual will be converted
into info files, so after installing you should be able to execute 'info
gnu-crypto' and read the GNU Crypto manual. Targets for PDF, PS, and DVI
also exist.

I have not updated the 'build.xml' file, since I neither use nor like
Ant.
