A few years ago someone sent me an imenu-outline.el that created an
imenu from outline headings. I lost it - I think it didn't work with
one of the emacs upgrades so I deleted it.
Well recently I needed it again, and as I couldn't find the old
version I wrote one of my own. Here it is for your enjoyment, or you
can download it from:
