A new version of bbcode mode.

this versioned added a function to show commonly used bbcode tags. So
you can get a cheatsheet help while in the mode.

also, improved the menu and documentation a bit.

Note: another person has also written a bbcode mode. It's linked on
emacswiki. You might check it out too.
