This says it all. You don't even know what the FSF is about.

   It's not about monetarily free
   It's not about source code

It's about YOU, and everyone else having the freedoms to:
  0) run the program for any purpose
  1) study the program and adapt it for the needs
  2) distribute copies
  3) publish improved versions

Freedoms 1 and 3 absolutely require access to source code, but that's a
pre-condition to exercize them, not a condition to be Free (as in
freedom) Software.

Big Corporations actually don't like the GNU GPL very much since it
foster coopetition instead of competition. They are forced to cooperate
with themselves and with the community instead of competing with
themselves for a market on the community. Instead of simply exploiting
the community, they increase the pool of software.
