What about not being free to kill someone, rape someone, speed, steal a car, etc...?
Most crimes are considered bad because they impinge on the freedoms of others. Freedom also involves consent.
I also think that non-free software isn't immoral, just something that is better avoided since it creates more restriction than is needed. Why do something with your hands tied behind your back when you can just use your body to its full extent?
