Pursuant to F.R.A.P. 3 and Circuit Rule 3 plaintiff-appellant
Daniel Wallace appears and states the following:
1.) The District Court had jurisdiction over plaintiffs antitrust
claim pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 26 and 28 U.S.C. §1331.
2.) The Circuit Court has jurisdiction over plaintiff-appellants
claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
3.) The District Court entered final judgment on plaintiffs claim
on May 16, 2006 by granting a Motion to Dismiss pursuant to F.R.C.P. Rule
12(b)(6).
4.) Plaintiffs notice of appeal was timely filed on May 19, 2006.
