Details:

I believe it would be more user friendly if singular image transformations
made with ImageWarp produce files with meaningful suffixes.

For example a suffix of '_rotated.fits' for when the user only calls
'--rotate', or '_aligned.fits' for when the user only calls '--align'. The
generic '_warped.fits' suffix should remain for when the user explicitly
inputs a rotation matrix or when multiple transformations are requested.

As an aside, it may be useful to remind the user inside the ImageWarp info
file that a user-specified output filename may always be specified on the
command line using the '--output' or '-o' arguments. I realise that this
information is already available in the 'Common options' section of the
manual, but, as with most other software packages, reminding the user of these
facilities at every possible opportunity (and providing links back to the part
of the manual which discusses them in greater detail) is never a bad thing.
