Details:

Currently ImageCrop's `--polygon' mode only accepts convex polygons
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convex_polygon>.

So, when the user gives a concave polygon, the result is not reasonable, for
example this command (when run in the `tests/' directory after `make check):

astimgcrop --imgmode --polygon=114,29:243,174:468,21:457,440:249,261:82,457
snimage.fits

We have defined task #13658 to allow ImageCrop to work on Concave polygons
too, but until that is implemented, an error message should be printed letting
the user know this limitation and not make the output.
