Details:

Fernando Buitrago kindly informed me that in the most recent version of
Gnuastro (0.7.60-4c9eb), the `--prepforconv' option is not having any affect
on MakeProfiles as it should (and is described in the first tutorial
<https://www.gnu.org/software/gnuastro/manual/html_node/Sufi-simulates-a-detection.html#Sufi-simulates-a-detection>).

I have also confirmed it on my installation.
