Details:

When none of the width options (`--borderwidth', or `--widthincm') are set and
an EPS or PDF output is desired, ConvertType doesn't complain and produces a
blank page!

This can cause a lot of confusion! I am now busy implementing a check to make
sure that at least one of these values is provided when making these formats.
