Details:
As discussed in task #15670, implementing several low-level functions of GSL
as wrappers in Gnuastro's library can be used by several other functions in
Gnuastro and provide uniformity and generality.
Example of such a function is the `gsl_multifit_linear()` used in the
`gal_wcs_fitreverse` to fit polynomials on a grid(see task #15670).
This idea was suggested by Mohammad Akhlaghi(makhlaghi).
