Details:
When MakeCatalog is run on an objects image that has non-contiguous labels
(for example 23, 25, 800, usually happens when making crops of labeled
images), it applies an internal mapping of the actual labels/IDs with a
contiguous set of IDs starting from one.
Until now, this scenario (of non-contiguous IDs) was only tested on generating
object catalogs. But today while working on clumps catalogs, I noticed that
MakeCatalog crashes with a segmentation fault. I then looked into the code and
noticed that the part of mapping the object IDs wasn't being translated in the
part that we are identifying the clumps. I am busy doing the fix now.
