Follow-up Comment #1, task #15909 (project gnuastro):

I made the first commit to this task:

I'm making the query with the apis that sdss already has
(http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr16/en/help/docs/api.aspx) 
I have to improve the input arguments and add other features like the band
filters or the coordtype.
