Details:
When CosmicCalculator is run with the '--setdirconf' or '--setuserconf'
options (to put the options in configuration files), if no redshift is given,
it will abort, saying that no redshift/velocity has been given!
One prominent example is this command that comes from the tutorial:
astcosmiccal --H0 70 --olambda=0.7 --omatter=0.3 --setdirconf
In many ways, this is similar to bug #59400.
This bug was reported by Sepideh Eskandarlou.
