Follow-up Comment #1:

The script now has a full documentation, a working user interface and is
properly installed (along with its '.desktop' file). So it has been merged
into the 'master' branch as Commit 483d1d4580
<https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/commit/?id=483d1d4580>. 

I initially planned to merge it as an incomplete script, based on the bad
experience of merging incomplete works into the 'master' branch, I decided to
add a first version of all the missing components to properly merge it right
now. Any missing or faulty component can now be treated as a separate task or
bug ;-).
