In Gnuastro 0.17, when scientific notation is used on the command-line,
Arithmetic (and similarly, column arithmetic in Table) will crash with the
following error:


$ astarithmetic 1e3 2 +
astarithmetic: gal_type_string_to_number: a bug! Please contact us at
bug-gnuastro@gnu.org to fix this problem. The string '1e3' couldn't be parsed
with 'strtol', but was parsed by 'strtod'
