Currently, MakeCatalog has measures/columns like '--mean' or '--median', and
etc, for various statistics from the values image. But it doesn't have any
column to measure the standard deviation of the values pixels over the given
label.

In bug #62685 we fixed the problem of mistakenly interpreting the old '--std'
column (the old column is now called '--skystd'). So the newly added column
can be called '--std'.
