As of version 0.22, NoiseChisel will crash when any of the '--interpnumngb',
'--outliernumngb', or '--snminarea' are too low for the given dataset. As a
result, in large pipelines, we are forced to degrade these important (for the
statistics) options on all images!

After a discussion with Sylvain Mottet (who had added shell checks on the
NoiseChisel run to degrade the option values if NoiseChisel crashes), I was
inspired to bring such checks directly within NoiseChisel and I am working on
it right now.
