[PATCH v1 0/2] dependencies fix for chroot builds.

Hi,

I've not fully tested builds in chroot yet (a build with Trisquel is
ongoind as we speak) but it might be possible to build GNU Boot from
almost any distribution by bootstraping a Trisquel 11 (aramo) chroot
with the debootstrap package from guix.

While I've no idea yet if this is a good idea or not, it might be
interesting to test it out, and the two patches below make it easier
to build from within chroots.
