I insist. It is a violation of a basic design goal of the
plugin system.
The main program can have no knowledge about any specific
plugins.
Packages, plugins .. doesn't matter. The problem is "specific"
and to a lesser extent "external".
Externals (including plugins) will come and go, often. The base
package will change slowly.
