This should be harmless.

Still a mystery to me. It seems likely we have memory corruption
somewhere. It could, but in this case I don't think it's too likely,
give some useful information to add the "-d 0x1800" option
(DEBUG_MOVE_REASONS + DEBUG_OWL_PERFORMANCE). Otherwise the only way
to see where something goes wrong would be to single-step the call to
estimate_strategical_value() for C19 and see exactly where and why it
gets awarded its points.
