The function accurate_approxlib lives in utils.c. After
the patch pogonyshev_3_10.7x its replacement accuratelib
has been moved to board.c.
board.c is linked in libboard but utils.c is not. See
engine/Makefile.am.
Was there some rationale for having accurate_approxlib in
utils.c rather than board.c where its obvious relatives
reside?
