Remember to preserve DOSish line ends in engine.dsp

I have no idea why the IDE decided to re-order printutils.c & persistent.c

Having gnugo.h first in all the engine *.c files dramatically increases compile
speed under VC.

I'll update the HTML regression views once this small patch gets in.
