[gnugo-devel] one more nngs test

gnugo lost by 62.5 and there are many bad moves in the game.
however, i'm not sure about the best alternatives. if anyone
stronger looks at the game he'll surely be able to create
more tests.

this one test is clear:

both moves are of negative value (R19 is -2 points, T19 is
-1 point). gnu go should see that these move don't strengthen
the perfectly safe Q19 dragon.

Gunnar pointed out that this was a problem with inessential
worms.
