[gnugo-devel] nando_3_15.1a

My testing shows nando_3_15.1a is an impressive speedup
of about 7%.

I seldom see times under 9000 seconds. A typical recent
time is 9080 seconds. After nando_3_15.1a, I got a time
of 8379 seconds. I also used 'time' this time and got a
user time of 138m45.36s which works out to 8325 seconds.

Here's the breakage.

Are we really confident the failures are accidental?
