I propose to make the following change to the documentation, helping
Macintosh users to get colored display of influence.

Change  :

    [..] You may also use the Linux console. [..]

to :

    [..] (You may also use the Linux console. On Mac OS X, put
    setenv TERM xterm-color
    in your .tcshrc file to enable color display in the Terminal). [..]
