No, and I can't reproduce it. With GNU Go 3.2 I get a different
problem,
Handicap HA[134521254] is unreasonable.
Modify SGF file.
which doesn't make sense. With GNU Go 3.3.21, the latest development
version, I have no problems at all.
Could you try to download GNU Go 3.3.21 and see whether the problem
persists? You can find it on
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/devel.html
