how about a Qtopia or other linux PDA front endcGoban requires X11 which is supposedly possible, screenshots available, but unpleasantly difficult Jago is a java client, but not ME so as I understand it would need a rewrite for PDA
ggo is perhaps similar to Jago in this respect. So where is the open source PDA graphical front end?palm and wince have basic ones, and the linux Zaurus with its fast chip and 640x480 screen would look great!

Is there a front end for gnugo that runs on any PDA? or that might run on Qtopia? I notice that gnugo runs rather slowly, 60 sec per move on 9x9 or 19x19h is this about as expected? thanksGNU Go 2.6 has been ported to PDA's. I am not aware of any 3.x ports. See the links at: http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/gnugo.html I am not sure if the vietka link is still valid. Alexander Seewald's page seems alive and well. We are unable to update gnugo.html currently due to problemms at savannah.gnu.org. Daniel Bump
