The following maybe a random comment. I'm studying the function
owl_threaten_attack. I would think many peek moves (threatening to cut
the dragon instead of killing the whole dragon) should be included as
threatening attacks to the dragon. I believe this kind of moves are not
considered in owl_threaten_attack.
