I just read the AGA-rules, and they state quite clear that repetition of 
a board position is enough, to violate the ko-rule. Prisoners don't 
count, which is quite obvious, since area-counting is at least possible 
under these rules.

Another mistake: The same position occured on move 246, and not 248.
