The attached sgf is a game with handicap of size 2.
Run the following gtp commands in gnugo --mode gtp
loadsgf sz15_handi2.sgf
get_handicap
In previous versions of gnugo, get_handicap would return "= 2" but in 3.7.10 I
get "= 0".... ?
