Over the last weeks many changes to the semeai reading have entered
the repository, specifically aimed at improving the results of the
STS-RV_* test suites. There were also a number of semeai changes made
before 3.8 that didn't make it into 3.8

As you can see from the following statistics, there have been
substantial improvements:

You can see the semeai related patches at
http://trac.gnugo.org/gnugo/ticket/199 and also browse the repository
log at http://trac.gnugo.org/gnugo/log/ or
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnugo.git/log/

There are still 26 failures left to work with and a few of them could
probably be fixed by tuning.
