Hi,

Logan did not like too much the home page text. I have replaced it, following 
his advice about marketing rules, to expose:

  * What is this?
  * What does the project realizes?
  * What does the user get from the project?

  * What has been already done?
  * What could the user do?


You can take a look at  http://www.gnuherds.org/Home.php
I have not committed yet the modifications, so rolling back is trivial.

As usual, any comment is welcome.
