Russian translation

Hi again Nickolay,

www.gnuherds.org  is already using the "iso_*.po" files, but with some 
modifications, mainly at iso_4217.po files.


To finish the translation to Russian, you could use the work which you have 
done, and merge it in 4 files:

      messages.po

      iso_639.po
      iso_3166.po
      iso_4217.po


A way to check that all is right is to check that all the:
  country names
  language names and
  plural forms of currencies

which are defined at
  Layer-0__Site_entry_point/doc/GNUHerds__SQL_Implementation.psql
are at too defined at the PO files.


Other way is to check with a visual-diff-tool that the Russian files are 
orthogonal with the current Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or French 
translations.
