Proposal:
".. to assist and encourage people in their paid work as
Free Software authors, getting the highest levels of
competence and efficiency."
* producers --> authors
* professional --> paid + competent + efficient
* persons --> people
The wording sounds odd. I do not know if it can be improved.
Let the list know any flame, improvements, etc.
