It is unrealistic to work on stet until it is published as free
software in the GPLv3 sense, with installation info and so on.
The term Installation Information in GPL version 3 refers to the case
of distributing binaries inside a product. That requirement has
nothing to do with distribution of stet.
The
current tarball is unusuable without much much guesswork.
I regret that it is difficult to use, but this discussion is not about
stet.
