We should have a testing team :-( to consider all the browsers...
But I think that we should consider the latest browser's development trunk.

What's with the anti-smiley? :) A testing team is important for any large project, especially one which will be used by a lot of people with diverse clients. Some (hopefully) relevant links:

• "Usability testing without a budget"
• Easy accessibility testing in Firefox
• Unit testing for _javascript_
• Unit testing for web sites in general

As we are still in beta stage, I propose to add a link at the bottom
of the page like:

"Are you experiencing a problem displaying this page with your browser?"

Just I don't know if it's better to forward the visitor to the mailing
list or to a form to be filled with the issues...

Good idea! Just make sure you add some anti-spam feature to it. My personal favorite is using a text field with an ID like "spamtrap" and the label "Don't
 fill in this field", and then hiding it with CSS. Accessible & working :)
