IMHO, adding a form just to the user send a message overload our webapp. 
Thinking about all that spam measure ... It is not needed.


Note as gnu.org just offers the email:

  "Please send broken links and other web page suggestions to
   The GNU Webmasters at address@hidden, thank you."
