Some ISPs does not accept email from the current gnuherds.org server

Some people have been unable to register due to they do not receive the GNU 
Herds account activation email. One example:

  Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; connect to
  mx1.slackware-rn.com.br[200.152.246.82]: Connection timed out


I think this problem will be automatically solved when the webapp be moved to 
the FSF hosts. Anyway I have added the below new task to track this issue:
